Directions to property: Take Exit 240 off of I-15. Drive straight in on Cooper Drive to the first Y (6 tenths of a mile) and turn left on to Sugarloaf Mountain Lane. Follow this to the T at the top (2.5 miles) turn right on to Box Canyon Lane. Drive (7 tenths of a mile) to the Y and turn left on Shadow Lane. You will come to Lonesome Lane (4 tenths of a mile), stay to the left. The next Y will be (4 tenths of a mile) at Hideaway Lane. These signs are wooden street signs. Turn Right on Hideaway Lane. Drive in (1 and 4 tenths of a mile). You are at the southern edge of the property. The southern boundry actually will be on your right over the edge of the road.
